Cancellation Policy & Exclusions

At Snapcare, your satisfaction matters. If you change your mind, you can cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.


Cancellation Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your plan and receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 14 and 28 days, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
No cancellations or refunds are available after 28 days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at purchase.


Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions
To ensure fair use and maintain service quality, the following are excluded from all plans:

  • Faults or damage present before plan activation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering
  • Repairs unrelated to the normal operation of appliances
  • Appliances used contrary to manufacturer guidelines
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our services or platform

If any of these apply, your plan may be cancelled without refund or support.
